Cheri Oteri is an American actress known for her performance on American live comedy series “Saturday Night Live” as one of the cast members from 1995 to 2000. At the age of twenty-eight, upon moving Los Angeles, Cheri served at A&M Records for 4 years & ultimately joined “The Groundlings”, a comedy troupe. In 1995 when the producer of “Saturday Night Live” attended Groundling member’s performance with an intention to audition Chris Kattan (Groundling member) there Cheri performed monologue, which eventually landed Cheri an invitation to auditioned for “Saturday Night Live” along with Will Ferrel & Chris Kattan. Appointed as a reporter player in 1995, Cheri was the part of entire new cast and was the cast member of SNL till 2000. Additionally, Cheri has appeared in numerous of Hollywood films, including “Inspector Gadget”, “Scary Movie”, “Shrek the Third”, “Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd”, “Liar Liar”, & Southland Tales”. While keeping busy with films, Cheri managed to find even more television success, when she made several guest appearances on television series, like “Just Shoot Me!”, “Curb Your Enthusiasm” & “Stranger with Candy”. In 2009, she became a regular voice actress in FOX network’s animated television series “Sit Down, Shut Up”. Currently starring in AMC’s web series “Liza Life Coach”, Cheri is an American comic actress, who had excelled both in television and films.

Cheryl Ann Oteri was born on September 19, 1962, in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, as the daughter of Gaetano Thomas Oteri, founder & CEO of music publishing company called “Of Music”. Brought up alongside three siblings, Brian, Denise & Tommy Jr.., Cheri was the attended of Archbishop Prendergast High School, located at Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. Since, Cheri started her career in 1995, she has appeared in dozen of movies and on several TV shows, and has lent her voice to Helen Klench, a character of “Sit Down, Shut Down”, an American animated television series.
